Bootstrap Phase Rewards
The first 15,000 Access Keys sold will receive exclusive Bootstrap V1 rewards throughout the first year. This is a fixed, pre-revenue reward program designed to compensate early supporters.
Dual-Pool Reward Structure
Flat Pool (60%)
Split evenly across all Keys, regardless of tier. Every Key holder shares equally in this pool.
Tier-Weighted Pool (40%)
Split evenly across Tiers 1-5, then divided among Keys within each tier. Higher tiers receive proportionally more.

Important Rules
- •Bootstrap rewards automatically end at the conclusion of the 12-month period
- •Unused bootstrap tokens return to treasury control
- •Bootstrap rewards do not imply ownership, equity, income, or profit rights
- •No overlap with future revenue-based reward systems
Rewards V1: Revenue-Based System
After Bootstrap V1 concludes, Vortex Global transitions to Rewards V1 - a sustainable, revenue-backed reward system that scales with actual platform performance. Rewards are based on monthly ad revenue and user activity.

Must log in 20+ days per month to qualify. Engagement is essential for reward eligibility.
Sustainable Forever
Unlike Bootstrap's 12-month limit, this system continues indefinitely as long as revenue exists.
Monthly Revenue Allocation
16% of monthly ad revenue (R) is distributed across three reward pools:
Pool A: Tier Drops
- •Tier 2-5 only
- •Split evenly across tiers
- •Then split among users in each tier
Pool B: Staking Bonus
- •All tiers eligible
- •Min stake: 100,000 tokens
- •Weighted by stake amount
Pool C: Under-Min Staking
- •All tiers eligible
- •Stake below 100,000 tokens
- •Split evenly among all users
Tier Boost Multipliers
Additional boost applied to all earned rewards based on your tier
Tier Boost applies only to monthly earned rewards, not to wallet balances or staked principal
Critical Eligibility Requirement
You must log in at least 20 days per month to qualify for ANY rewards.
Miss this requirement = Zero rewards that month, regardless of tier or stake amount.
Clean Transition
Bootstrap V1 rewards end completely before Rewards V1 begins. Zero overlap between phases.

Tier 1 is the entry tier with clear upgrade incentives built in.
